I. System Architecture

ThinkRace, based on the mature hardware platform of electronic ankle bracelets and smart wristbands, has officially launched the revolutionary security module – Aurora Chrono Seal AI . This module consists of a single-mode optical fiber circuit embedded in the strap, a multi-wavelength LED transmitter, a spectral sensing receiver, and an edge AI inference chip. It integrates physical tamper-proofing and AI encryption verification, setting a new security benchmark for global judicial supervision.

II. Aurora Chrono Seal AI Encryption Mechanism

The system adopts dual-factor optical cryptography:

• Wavelength Factor (Color Key): The transmitter injects light pulses of a specific wavelength into the optical fiber, and the receiver detects the wavelength characteristics through a spectral decomposer. Any replacement of the strap material or fiber breakage will cause wavelength drift or attenuation, triggering tampering alerts.

• Time Sequence Factor (Chrono Key): The AI chip controls the transmitter to modulate the width and interval of the light pulse with millisecond-level precision, forming a dynamic time sequence password. This time sequence is generated by the edge AI based on the wearing time and environmental light noise, possessing one-time password (OTP) characteristics to prevent replay attacks.

The dual factors are fused through an XOR logic gate at the hardware level to generate a unique device binding signature. Only when the spectral characteristics and the time sequence sequence simultaneously pass the LSTM time series prediction network of the AI model are verified, will the MCU send a “STRAP_INTACT” high-level signal to the main system.

III. Anti-Tampering Response Link

The anti-tampering logic of this design is extremely rigorous. Any attempt to cut, replace, or forge the strap will result in a disruption of the light signal or a change in the characteristics. The AI chip identifies anomalies within microseconds and triggers an immediate alarm and synchronously uploads to the cloud supervision platform. Compared to the mechanical anti-pull sensors relied on by traditional electronic ankle bracelets, Aurora Chrono Seal AI has achieved a leapfrog upgrade from “physical detection” to “optical encryption verification”, completely eliminating the possibility of “counterfeit straps”.

At the hardware level, Thinkrace’s intelligent wearable devices already possess mature capabilities such as IP68 waterproof and dustproof, multi-mode positioning (GPS/GLONASS/Wi-Fi/LBS), 4G real-time communication, TLS encrypted transmission, and dual encryption algorithms (ChaCha20-Poly1305 and AES). Aurora Chrono Seal AI, as an additional security layer, seamlessly integrates with existing functions such as electronic fences, real-time tracking, historical trajectory playback, and motion analysis, forming a closed-loop supervision system of “location – monitoring – encryption – anti-tampering”.
