Turn on the subscription switch.

Traxbean is an electronic monitoring system that supports the automated sending of Alarm Reports and Location Reports, which is part of the AI electronic monitoring system. To use this feature, the first step is to enable it in the system settings. Since Traxbean is a SaaS system, not all customers require this functionality, and we only activate it for users who need the Reports. As shown in the diagram on the right, in the department management interface, click the subscription switch; only by turning on this switch can you set whether to subscribe and the administrator’s relevant information for the care recipients.

Set the subscription email and supervisor info.

Click on “Targets,” select the Target you wish to subscribe to, and click “Edit” to open the interface shown in the diagram on the right. You will then see the subscription settings section. This section is not displayed by default and can only be operated after completing the first step. You can enter the administrator’s name, email address, phone number, and other information, as well as choose the subscription options. Currently, only Location Report is supported. Once you have completed your settings, the email you set up will receive the Location Report for this Target every day.
